About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data CRM Manager to join our team at Yolk Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team, you will be responsible for leading a team of data or CRM specialists to provide insight and direction to the wider organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver data selection, experiments, and subsequent analysis to enhance targeting and business value.
  • Produce CRM insights for a broad spectrum of purposes, including bespoke requests.
  • Quality assure all new data sources and campaigns.
  • Work with various teams across the business to support their work using data insights.
  • Streamline and automate data processes.
  • Stay up to date on all regulatory requirements, including GDPR.
Requirements
  • Experience leading a small team of analysts or CRM staff supporting them with querying and handling large data sets.
  • Experience managing the data aspects of a large CRM system.
  • Developing implementation plans through robust use of data.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of data storage, including data warehouses.
  • CRM automation knowledge.
