Job Title: CRM Growth Manager

Are you a seasoned digital marketing professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience with Braze and a passion for driving customer growth? We have an exciting opportunity for a CRM Growth Manager to join our team at Harnham - Data & Analytics Recruitment.

About the Role

As a CRM Growth Manager, you will be responsible for building and executing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, app, and web. You will work closely with our agency partners to plan and execute retention and acquisition campaigns, using data to drive insights and develop further CRM campaigns. You will also work with our wider teams to find new customers and retain existing ones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns using Braze
  • Work with agency partners to plan and execute retention and acquisition campaigns
  • Use data to drive insights and develop further CRM campaigns
  • Collaborate with wider teams to find new customers and retain existing ones
Requirements
  • Experience in a CRM/Digital Marketing role using Braze
  • Industry experience is preferred but not essential
  • Multi-channel campaign experience needed
  • Amplitude experience is a plus
