Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CRM Growth Manager to join our client's team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for building and executing campaigns across multiple channels using Braze. Your expertise will drive customer retention and acquisition, working closely with the wider team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns in Braze to drive customer engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with the agency to plan and execute retention and acquisition campaigns
  • Analyze data to inform campaign decisions and optimize results
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify new customer acquisition opportunities and develop targeted marketing strategies

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a CRM/Digital Marketing role using Braze
  • Industry experience preferred but not essential
  • Multi-channel campaign experience required
  • Amplitude experience a plus
