Salt Search is seeking a seasoned CRM Manager to spearhead client loyalty and retention initiatives for a rapidly growing financial firm. This 3-month contract position will require the successful candidate to drive strategy, enhance the client journey, and collaborate with sales teams to foster growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement client retention and loyalty strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the CRM strategy using Microsoft Dynamics to maximize client engagement and drive business results.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to personalize communications and identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
  • Partner with sales teams to enhance client relationships and drive business growth.
  • Implement automated processes and campaigns to nurture client relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM and email marketing, preferably in fintech or financial services.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and marketing automation.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data segmentation and targeting.
  • Proven success in driving business growth through collaboration with sales teams.
  • Excellent project management skills and a passion for client-centric communications.
