Harnham is a leading recruitment agency specializing in digital marketing and technology roles. We are partnering with a renowned QSR chain to find a talented CRM Growth Manager.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CRM Growth Manager to join our client's team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for building and executing campaigns across multiple channels using Braze. Your expertise in data-driven marketing and customer retention will drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement multi-channel campaigns in Braze to drive customer engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute retention and acquisition campaigns
  • Work with data analysts to develop insights and drive further CRM campaigns
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify new customer acquisition opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in CRM/Digital Marketing using Braze
  • Industry experience preferred but not essential
  • Multi-channel campaign experience required
  • Amplitude experience a plus
