Data CRM Manager Opportunity

Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team is working closely with a Civil Service organisation that supports everyone with managing their money.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data CRM Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering data selection, experiments, and subsequent analysis to enhance targeting and business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production of CRM insights for various purposes, as well as bespoke requests
  • Quality assure all new data sources and campaigns
  • Work with various teams across the business to support their work using data insights
  • Streamline and automate data processes
  • Stay up to date on all regulatory requirements including GDPR
Requirements
  • Experience leading a small team of analysts or CRM staff in querying and handling large data sets
  • Experience managing the data aspects of a large CRM system
  • Developing implementation plans through robust data use
  • Experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Demonstrable knowledge of data storage including data warehouses
  • CRM automation knowledge
