Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Data CRM Manager to lead our data-driven marketing strategies and enhance customer engagement across digital and non-digital platforms.

About the Role:

  • Lead a small team of data analysts and planners to design and deliver targeted data-driven campaigns.
  • Oversee data selections, analyses, and experiments to continuously improve communications and customer engagement.
  • Manage Marketing Automation and Email Broadcast platforms to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and drive marketing experiments and A/B testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead a small team of data planners and analysts to achieve business objectives.
  • Campaign Design: Design and deliver targeted data-driven campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
  • Compliance: Ensure GDPR and PECR compliance in all marketing activities.
  • Experimentation: Drive marketing experiments and A/B testing to optimize customer interactions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Requirements:

  • Strong Background: Strong background in data, analytics, or a related field.
  • Team Management: Experience managing large datasets and leading teams.
  • Campaign Skills: Skilled in campaign design, audience targeting, and multivariate testing.
