Data CRM Manager Opportunity

Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team is working closely with a Civil Service organisation to support everyone with managing their money. They are looking for an experienced Data CRM Manager to lead a team of data or CRM specialists and provide insight and direction to the wider organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver data selection, experiments, and subsequent analysis to enhance targeting and business value.
  • Produce CRM insights for various purposes and bespoke requests.
  • Quality assure new data sources and campaigns.
  • Work with teams across the business to support their work using data insights.
  • Streamline and automate data processes.
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements, including GDPR.
Requirements
  • Experience leading a team of analysts or CRM staff supporting them with querying and handling large data sets.
  • Management of data aspects of a large CRM system.
  • Developing implementation plans through robust data use.
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of data storage, including data warehouses.
  • CRM automation knowledge.
