About the Role

Crowe UK LLP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM and Data Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital journey, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through effective data management and CRM strategy.

Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Development and Improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather requirements for system development and improvement.
  • Work with CRM Developers to customise and configure Dynamics CRM to meet specific business requirements.
  • Conduct system testing, including user acceptance testing, to ensure intended features and functionality are working as expected.
  • Support the development and implementation of integrations with other systems, such as practice management software and client portal.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features in Dynamics CRM and identify opportunities for innovation to drive system capabilities and effectiveness.
Data Quality and Reporting
  • Develop and implement data management practices to ensure accuracy and integrity of CRM data.
  • Perform data audits and clean-up activities to maintain a reliable and up-to-date CRM system.
  • Supervise routine data processes in Dynamics CRM and coordinate processes for new joiners and leavers.
  • Develop dashboards and other processes to aid pipeline management, inform business decisions, and identify data quality issues.
Support, Training, and Communication
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders to equip users to make the most of Dynamics CRM.
  • Develop and deliver training resources, including training sessions and user guides.
  • Provide ongoing support to address user queries and troubleshoot issues.
  • Supervise direct line reports and lead a Dynamics Super User programme.

Candidates should have experience working in a fast-paced environment, excellent project management and coordination skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
