Volunteer Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Volunteer Administrator to join our team at C2 RECRUITMENT LIMITED. As a key member of our Volunteer Services team, you will play a vital role in supporting the volunteer hub and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the volunteer hub, including recruitment and onboarding administration, database management, and training coordination.
  • Assist in project work, including strategic recruitment, inclusion and belonging, induction, reward, succession planning, engagement, and recognition.
  • Offer overall administration support within the Volunteer Services team, ensuring professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and awareness of potential escalation.
  • Monitor and respond to queries received into generic Voluntary Services inboxes, utilizing excellent communication skills.
  • Collaborate with the team to sustain medium and long-term priorities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Conduct compliance audits on recruitment activity, analyze data, and provide assurance reports to ensure best practice and quality governance.
  • Utilize computerized and web-based HR information systems, including DBS, HRIS, and Learning Management Systems.
Requirements:
  • CIPD level 3 or diploma qualification or equivalent level of demonstrable experience in Volunteer Management and/or People functions.
  • Understanding of Equal Opportunities and valuing Diversity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to compose letters, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and data input.
  • Experience of using computerized and web-based HR information systems.
