Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Volunteer Management Coordinator to join our team at C2 Recruitment. As a key member of our Volunteer Services team, you will provide administrative support and coordination for all aspects of volunteer life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment processes from advertisement to onboarding, working closely with managers to determine effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conducting safer recruitment checks and escalating issues or discrepancies as needed.
  • Monitoring and responding to queries received into generic Voluntary Services inboxes with professionalism and tact.

Requirements:

  • CIPD level 3 or diploma qualification or equivalent experience in Volunteer Management and/or People functions.
  • Understanding of Equal Opportunities and valuing Diversity.
  • Demonstrable experience in recruitment, delivering high-volume end-to-end recruitment campaigns and supporting managers to develop plans.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with HR information systems, e.g., DBS, HRIS, Learning Management Systems.
