About the Role
  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate records, ensuring seamless financial operations.
  • Process purchase and sales ledgers efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely payments and reconciliations.
  • Handle small payroll processing, including pension contributions, with precision and accuracy.
  • Process invoices, manage expenses, and make timely payments, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and detect any discrepancies.

To be considered for this role, you must have previous relevant experience in accounts payable processes and proficiency in using systems such as Xero, Sage, or Dect. Comfort with MS Excel (Pivots, Vlookups) is also essential. The successful candidate will earn a salary between $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
