Group Financial Reporting Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Group Financial Reporting Manager to join our finance team at Harwoods Group. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for producing high-quality financial reports, analyzing data, and providing insights to inform business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial management principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively to stakeholders. A full UK driving licence is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce monthly and annual financial reports, including statutory accounts and manufacturer composites.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to provide timely and accurate financial information.
- Assist in the production of financial forecasts and budgets.
- Monitor VAT transactions and carry out sample testing, offering advice and guidance to all relevant employees.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification or equivalent experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
