Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with customers to ensure a positive experience
  • Managing workload to comply with Client Service Level Agreements
  • Minimizing financial risk and non-compliance by managing NRSWA requirements on individual schemes
  • Coordinating with local authorities
  • Liaising effectively with all stakeholders

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Self-motivation and ability to work within a team
  • Good spoken and written communication skills at all levels
  • Confidence in using computer packages and familiarity with planning tools
  • Ability to work under pressure to deadlines, IT literate, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel
