Facilities Management Leader

**Randstad CP is seeking an experienced Technical Service Manager for a leading Facilities Management company based near Durham.**
About the Role:This pivotal position reports to the Contract Manager and plays a crucial role in the success and growth of businesses/services.
- Supervise site teams according to company procedures and policies.
- Efficiently manage maintenance, repair, and operation of M&E Plant and Equipment, Building Fabric, Site Infrastructure, External Works, Grounds, Transport, and Waste Services.
- Plan and control change.
- Ensure reactive repairs to M&E systems, fabric, and site infrastructure are completed correctly and meet contract requirements.
- Provide technical support to team supervisors for prioritizing and delegating tasks to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Advise Account Managers on labor levels and holiday/absence cover.
- Procure and appoint sub-contractors.
- Manage Specialist Service Contractors, including induction and signing off minor works listed on service report sheets.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure service delivery meets and exceeds client expectations.
- Manage financial planning, reviewing budgets, and internal/external invoicing.
- Support Account Managers in producing Contract Review Packs in accordance with Business Unit timetables.
- Audit Quality documentation for compliance with company standards.
- Implement company standard policies relating to HR issues, managing grievance/disciplinary processes as required.
