About the Role

We're expanding our Life Sciences business unit to help clients navigate the complexities of AI and Generative AI. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with a diverse group of Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, Product Specialists, and AI Delivery experts to develop innovative solutions for our clients' challenges.

Our target clients include pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, and Health Tech companies, as well as service providers supporting this sector. Your primary focus will be on growing our client base and driving new business into our pipeline.

  • Work closely with the Life Sciences Commercial Director to develop go-to-market strategies, build the sales pipeline, and establish our brand in this space.
  • Engage with executive-level prospects to understand their priorities and how our expertise can address their needs, driving meaningful AI/ML-based solutions.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and assess Faculty's differentiators to inform our commercial strategies.
  • Develop and execute growth plans across multiple Life Sciences areas, leveraging your expertise in business development and technology.
  • Build trusted relationships with prospects, identify new leads and partners, qualify opportunities, and navigate customers' procurement processes.
What We're Looking For
  • Significant experience in business development, preferably in a high-growth technology environment.
  • Experience working in the Life Sciences sector, with a deep understanding of its various value chains.
  • Proven track record of developing and supporting the closure of opportunities with new accounts, from pipeline generation to close.
  • Familiarity with business development tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Hubspot.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • A deep grasp of key technological advancements in AI and Generative AI, and the ability to apply them in a business context.
