The successful candidate will have a strong background in business management, with experience in general practice or a primary care environment.

Key Requirements
- Good standard of education with excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
- Leadership or management qualification desirable.

- Strong IT skills, including EMIS user skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to network and build relationships.
