Metallurgy and Materials Science Lead

**About the Role:**
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Metallurgy and Materials Science Lead to lead our materials technology centre. The successful candidate will have a strong background in materials science and be able to work with multiple stakeholders to develop and implement material strategy and policy.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science or Materials Engineering and significant experience in research and development projects and/or project management. They will also have a good understanding of UKAS laboratory environments and hold a Chartership or evidence of working towards.
This role offers a competitive salary of £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including a pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
