About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our team in designing and building alpine terrain parks at Mt Hutt. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of safety, progression, and aesthetic appeal.

  • Maintain features through raking, shovelling, and other necessary tasks
  • Assist in designing and building new terrain parks
  • Educate guests and crew members on safe park usage

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively as part of a diverse team, and have a strong understanding of snow quantity requirements and feature design.

Estimated salary: $29,700 - $32,000 per year (minimum 30 hours/week)

About You
  • Possess at least 4 seasons of experience working in a terrain park crew
  • Have experience with joinery, fabrication, painting, and other related skills
  • Be an experienced skier or snowboarder comfortable in all alpine conditions
