About the Opportunity


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Terrain Park Team Lead to join our team at Tangram. As a key member of our snow sports team, you will be responsible for the design and maintenance of alpine terrain parks that provide a safe and progressive environment for our guests.


Your main responsibilities will include:



  • Maintaining the parks to match the safety, progression, and aesthetic standards set in place.
  • Testing features daily and critiquing the quality of each individual feature to ensure the highest quality product.
  • Providing excellent customer service and proactively educating guests on the safe use of our parks.
  • Leading a team safely and maintaining a high standard of work consistently throughout the season.

About You


We are looking for a problem solver with a strong understanding of feature design and construction, as well as experience in maintaining a high standard of work in a fast-paced environment. You will have a proven track record of operating and communicating effectively as part of a diverse and inclusive team.


Key skills and qualifications include:



  • Ability to factor flow, maintenance, and progression when designing terrain parks.
  • Experience in feature design and construction (joinery, fabrication, painting).
  • Promoting sustainability and the efficient use of resources.
  • Excellent health and safety record and understanding of hazard management processes.
  • Proactive and willing to contribute to our department goals and objectives.
  • Experienced/advanced skier or snowboarder that can ride all terrain and parks and is comfortable in doing so in all alpine conditions.
  • Minimum 4 seasons experience in working in a Terrain Park Crew.
  • At least 1 year experience as a Team Leader for a Terrain Park Crew.
