Job Summary:

VINCI is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing escalated contact to end users, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on technical support to end users, resolving complex technical issues and ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Perform analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of technical problems escalated from the Service Desk.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge bases, help sheets, and FAQs to support end users and IT teams.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues and implement corrective solutions.
  • Assist in software and hardware releases, roll-outs, and capacity planning to ensure seamless IT service delivery.
  • Take ownership of Problem Management, chasing outcomes and advising the Service Desk on linked tickets.
  • Provide escalated Intune troubleshooting support and assist in software development and testing.

Requirements:

  • ITIL Foundation V4 certification
  • Office 365 use and administration
  • ITSM tool use
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Microsoft Intune
  • HP hardware experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a 2nd line support role
