Job DescriptionThe day-to-day duties of a community carer include making visits to clients in their own homes, helping them meet their desired outcomes, and assisting with personal care such as washing and showering.
- Making regular visits to clients using your own vehicle
- Supporting clients in achieving their desired outcomes
- Providing personal care assistance, including bathing and dressing
- Cooking and serving meals and drinks
- Assisting with medication administration
- Helping with daily living tasks
- Recording visits using Premier's digital care planning system
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A full UK driving license
- High personal values aligned with those of Premier Community
- A professional approach to training and ongoing development
Premier Community offers a competitive hourly rate of £13.60, paid weekly, as well as:
