About the Role

This is an excellent chance to make a real difference in people's lives by providing personalized support and care to our clients in their own homes. You will be responsible for visiting clients, helping them with daily tasks such as washing, showering, cooking, and managing medication, as well as supporting them with day-to-day living activities.

  1. You will work independently, using your own vehicle to visit clients in their homes.
  2. Develop strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and goals.
  3. Provide high-quality care, adhering to our policies and procedures, and ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Full UK Driving License
