About the Role

This role will involve working as an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist, providing expert advice on medicines management and developing policies to improve patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement medicines optimisation strategies to improve patient care

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • GPHC registration with no restrictions
  • Postgraduate Clinical Diploma and/or equivalent experience
  • Extensive experience working in a similar role within a hospital setting is essential
  • Significant specialist medical knowledge acquired through training and experience
  • Medicines Management experience gained in a Hospital environment across a range of specialities.
  • Previous supervisory experience
