About the Role

This role will involve working as an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist, providing expert advice on medicines management and developing policies to improve patient outcomes. You will be accountable for leading a team of junior pharmacists and students, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement medicines optimisation strategies to improve patient care
  • Lead a team of junior pharmacists and students, providing mentorship and training
  • Contribute to policy development and implementation across women and children's services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • GPHC registration with no restrictions
  • Postgraduate Clinical Diploma and/or equivalent experience
  • Extensive experience working in a similar role within a hospital setting is essential
  • Significant specialist medical knowledge acquired through training and experience
  • Medicines Management experience gained in a Hospital environment across a range of specialities.
  • Previous supervisory experience
