About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Relief Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy network, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer and patient care across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Care: Provide expert advice and reassurance to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible service.
  2. Team Collaboration: Build strong relationships with store teams and contribute to their professional development.
  3. Operational Excellence: Conduct regular reviews to ensure customer and patient safety is paramount, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  4. Service Delivery: Deliver a range of professional pharmacy services, meeting the needs of our customers and patients.
What You'll Need
  • Registered with relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
  • Demonstrate high levels of professional expertise and respect from stakeholders, peers, patients, and external professionals
  • Possess a passion for community pharmacy and providing exceptional care
  • Collaborative mindset with a team-centered approach
  • Excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and national/local services
  • Great communication skills, able to put people at ease and meet varied customer needs
