We are seeking a highly skilled Relief Pharmacist to join our team in Alfreton and Ripley areas. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and contributing to the success of our pharmacy operations.
About the Role:
- You will be accountable for delivering professional pharmacy services, including dispensing medication, advising patients on medication usage, and promoting healthy lifestyles.
- As a Relief Pharmacist, you will work across multiple pharmacies, ensuring continuity of care and building strong relationships with customers and patients.
- You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, monitoring inventory levels, and adhering to regulatory requirements.
- You will collaborate with store teams to build pharmacy capabilities, conduct risk assessments, and ensure customer and patient safety.
- You will contribute to the development of new ideas, initiatives, and projects to improve pharmacy services and patient outcomes.
Key Requirements:
- Registration with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
- Demonstrated expertise in pharmacy operations, national and local services
- Possession of excellent communication skills, ability to put patients at ease, and effectively meet their needs
- Collaborative approach, team-centered mindset, and passion for community pharmacy
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently
