About the Opportunity

Premier Community is a leading provider of home care services, seeking a skilled and compassionate Professional Home Carer to join our team. As a Community Carer, you will have the opportunity to work in the health and social care sector and make a real difference in people's lives.

The role of a community carer involves visiting clients in their own homes and providing support and companionship. You will also assist clients with personal care tasks, such as washing and showering, and cook and serve meals and drinks. Additionally, you will administer medications and support clients with daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visiting Clients: Visit clients in their own homes and provide support and companionship.
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as washing and showering.
  • Cooking and Serving: Prepare and serve meals and drinks for clients.
  • Medication Administration: Administer medications to clients as required.
  • Daily Living Activities: Support clients with daily living activities, such as dressing and grooming.
  • Recording Visits: Record visits live with our digital care planning system.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £13.60 (fully paid weeks), inclusive of holiday pay, and a range of benefits, including:
