About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Dementia Support Professional. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and dignity of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist residents with daily living tasks, including personal care and hygiene
* Administer medication as required
* Write and review care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality care services

Requirements:
* NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
