About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Home Care Professional to join our team at Premier Community. As a Home Care Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our clients in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be physically fit, and have a full UK driving licence. In return, we offer a competitive hourly rate of £13.60 (inclusive of holiday pay), a company pension scheme, and fully funded qualifications in Health and Social Care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personal care assistance to clients in their own homes.
  • Support clients with daily living activities, including cooking and serving meals.
  • Administer medications as required.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and their families.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • High Personal Values that match our own and your colleagues.
  • A Professional approach to complete our training and ongoing development.
