Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Care Assistant to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional care. The successful candidate will have experience of working in complex care environments, with a strong focus on delivering person-centred care.
Responsibilities:
- To provide high-quality care and support to service users, meeting their individual needs and preferences.
- To develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, families, and carers.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care provision.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is around £22,500 per year, based on 37 hours per week at £11.70 per hour. We also offer a range of benefits, including paid training and education support, as well as opportunities for progression and professional development.
