The Field Care Supervisor will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our care services. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assessing and reviewing individual services to ensure they meet the highest standards
- Supervising and instructing care workers to provide high-quality care support
- Working with Care Coordinators to plan realistic care worker rotas
- Carrying out regular reviews of individual services, including repeated and renewed needs assessments
As a Field Care Supervisor, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our care teams, service users, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless care packages. You'll be responsible for shadowing new care workers, conducting on-site observations, and evaluating care worker practice.
">Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in carrying out initial risk and needs assessments for individual service users
- Able to work in partnership with service users, families, carers, advocates, healthcare professionals, and others to deliver holistic care packages
