Job Description
Voyage Care Ltd seeks an experienced Field Support Lead to join their team in Cambridge. As a Field Support Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of Field Support Supervisors and ensuring that individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours receive high-quality care and support.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a care management role and hold or be willing to study for a Level 5 in Health & Social Care. You should also be passionate about enhancing the quality of life of the people we support and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the service(s)
- Develop and implement person-centred support plans
- Conduct care needs assessments
- Recruit and induct new colleagues
- Complete supervisions/appraisals
- Complete medication competencies and medication audits
- Attend multi-disciplinary meetings
- Complete quarterly audits and reports
- Effectively manage the services' P&L alongside the Registered Manager
