Domiciliary Care Manager

Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is £13.00 per hour and 28p per mile, with shifts available Monday to Friday and alternate weekends on call for a payment of up to £300.00 per week. We also offer a range of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, pension scheme, and cycle to work scheme.
Job DescriptionThe Field Care Supervisor will support the delivery of high-quality care support services by carrying out assessments and reviews of individual services, supervising care workers, and working with Care Coordinators to plan realistic care worker rotas.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need experience in carrying out initial risk and needs assessments, working in partnership with service users and their families, and having a qualification in healthcare or a related field.
