The successful candidate will work as part of an integrated team, supporting patients on both sites, and be responsible for delivering quality care to patients and working effectively within the nursing team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based care to an allocated group of patients.
  • Work as part of a designated clinical and care team delivering care that focuses on the direct needs of the individual and their family.
  • Support people to improve and maintain their mental, physical, and behavioural health and wellbeing, promoting health and preventing ill health.
  • Develop understanding of all elements of the nursing process and assist the registered nurse in the ongoing assessment, planning, management, and evaluation of care.

Requirements:

  • Nursing Associate Foundation Degree from an approved nursing associate programme.
  • Registered Nursing Associate on NMC Register.
  • GCSE Grade A-C in Maths & English or skills level 2 Maths & English or equivalent.
  • Additional post-registration qualification relevant to field of practice.
  • Relevant experience in the field of area applied for.

Working Arrangements:

  • Full time: £25-£30 per hour.
  • Part time: £20-£25 per hour.
  • Flexible working hours: £22-£28 per hour.

Benefits:

Salary Estimate: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum based on a 37-hour week.
