About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Paediatric Nurse to take on a leadership position within our care team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing care plans for children with complex needs, while also managing a team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. To design and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  2. Lead the multidisciplinary team in providing high-quality care to children and their families.
  3. Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the effectiveness of care plans.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and their families to ensure their needs are met.
  6. Work closely with local authorities and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
