Care Support Specialist

As a Care Support Specialist, you will work closely with our team to deliver outstanding care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, who may have behaviours that challenge and associated complex needs. Your role will involve working 42 hours per week at Cygnet Gledholt, a mixture of days and nights (12 hour shifts).
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Offering enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all service users.
- Providing guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
- Learning about individual specific needs and providing help in the most appropriate way.
- Assisting with medical and welfare needs.
- Reporting on medical and welfare needs as required.
