About the Opportunity

Welcome to Cygnet Health Care, a leading provider of specialist mental health services. We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care & Support Worker to join our team at Langdale House & Coach house in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.

This full-time position offers an attractive salary of £26,208 per annum and provides an opportunity to work with individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs, and behaviors that may challenge. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality care and creating a supportive environment that empowers service users to achieve independence and live fulfilling lives.

As a Care & Support Worker, you will play a vital role in the success of our team. Your responsibilities will include delivering enhanced care through a flexible approach tailored to individual needs, providing guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support, and assisting with medical and welfare needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean environment for all and reporting on medical and welfare needs as required.
