About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Professional to take on the role of Care Team Leader at our Lepton Heights care home in Huddersfield. As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting every aspect of our residents' day-to-day lives, including their personal care, health and wellbeing needs. You will also lead, motivate and support a team of care colleagues, ensuring that care documentation is completed to a high standard.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills and work closely with our Nurse in Charge to deliver high-quality care to our residents. If you have relevant experience, a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, plus Maths and English at GCSE Grade C or above (or relevant functional skills qualification), we would love to hear from you. The estimated salary for this role is around £24,000 per year, based on a 38-hour week.
