Job Title: Clinical Healthcare Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Healthcare Professional to join our team at Digitaltidewave. As a key member of our primary care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To undertake and record physical health checks, including measurements of height and weight, blood pressure, temperature, pulse, pulse oximeter, peak flow measurements, recording of ECGs, venepuncture, and blood glucose testing.
  • To recognise and observe changes in patients' physical, mental health, and behaviour, which must be reported, recorded, and acted upon.
  • To provide necessary support to individuals who use primary care services to help them maintain their physical and mental health and wellbeing.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a calm and empathetic nature, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will also have a strong understanding of primary care principles and practices.
