The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting and overseeing complex care packages, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the clinical training needs of the care team, maintaining an appropriate skill mix to ensure safe and effective clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex care packages, both clinically and holistically
  • Develop, review, and implement care plans and risk assessments
  • Engage in networking, attending MDT meetings, and working with clinical commissioning groups
  • New and ongoing competency assessments with the care staff team

Requirements

  • RN Qualification (Child)
  • A valid NMC pin
  • Experience in a high dependency or critical care setting would be advantageous
  • Access to a car for work
