Job Overview
NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Clinical Lead for Continuing Healthcare. This position requires expertise in managing complex care cases, ensuring they meet patient needs and provide value for money.

The ideal candidate will have specialist knowledge of complex care needs and experience in multidisciplinary team working. They should also possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and supervise staff effectively.

A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this challenging yet rewarding role. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and management of a coordinated approach to NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) and Funded Nursing Care (FNC) within a nursing home or community setting. This includes assessing and reviewing individuals potentially eligible for CHC or FNC.

The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate emotional intelligence, resilience, and the ability to work under pressure. A strong commitment to patient care, quality services, and delivering the best value for money is essential. Postgraduate qualification or specialist training, such as District Nursing, is also required.
