We are working with a leading Audio-Visual company based in the heart of Reading, a 20-minute walk from the central station. This reputable business has been a key player in the AV industry since 1999, renowned for its exceptional service and outstanding reputation. As a small, tight-knit team with longstanding employees, they are now seeking an experienced AV Senior BDM to join their ranks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across various sectors, focusing on AV and IT solutions.
  • Engage with key decision-makers, including IT Directors, Facilities Managers, and contractors, to understand their needs and propose tailored AV solutions.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring they are positioned as the preferred supplier for all AV-related needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement account-specific campaigns and initiatives.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and brand presence.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of AV products and solutions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the AV sector.
  • Experience working with office fit-out companies, contractors, and IT teams is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of AV products and solutions.
