Community Care Coordinator

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service
- Ensuring full compliance with CQC and other relevant bodies
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting as required
- Managing the service's budget to ensure financial viability
- Promoting a culture of safeguarding and ensuring practices align with current legislation
- Developing relationships with external stakeholders, including Commissioners and local authorities
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A registered qualification with the NMC or HCPC
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management or equivalent
- Prior experience working in a management capacity within the healthcare sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good IT skills
