We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Global Medical Arrangements Coordinator to join our team in Esher. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging international pre-deployment medical assessments for individuals going to work overseas, in accordance with client-specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Manage pre-deployment medical screenings for employees and their families being deployed overseas
- Coordinate comprehensive medical screenings and provide assessment outcomes for each individual, along with advice on potential risks
- Collaborate with the Global Medical Arrangements Department to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Experience in a medical assistance or claims management organization is highly desirable
- Fluency in modern European languages
- Experience in dealing with complex cases and contracts
- Knowledge of database management systems
