Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced nurse to join our Medical Assistance team in a dynamic and fulfilling role. This position offers the opportunity to apply nursing expertise in a unique and challenging environment, providing medical assistance and support to clients around the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide medical assistance and support to clients in emergency situations, including flight nursing and repatriation services.
  • Manage emergency medical cases, working closely with coordinators and other teams to ensure effective case management.
  • Provide non-diagnostic medical advice to clients and medical helpline users.
  • Collaborate with the Occupational Health team to assess individuals for deployment and provide clinical input to reduce risk.
  • Escalate critical medical issues and provide expert nursing knowledge to support patient care.
  • Provide emergency airline employee health services and ensure equipment is checked and maintained.

Requirements

  • Registered General Nurse with a current NMC pin and a minimum of 3 years recent clinical experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic IT skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
