About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic Activity Coordinator to join our team at Arbrook House Care Home. As the chief fun officer, you'll be responsible for planning and delivering exciting events and activities that bring joy to our residents.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver morning and afternoon activity sessions that cater to the interests and needs of our residents.
  • Liaise with external companies and performers to organize days out and events at the home.
  • Organize one-to-one activities with residents, such as reminiscing, puzzles, reading, or simply enjoying a cup of tea and a chat.
  • Support the home's social media channels and contribute to the creation of engaging content.

What You'll Need:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a creative thinker with a passion for delivering high-quality activities that bring people together. You'll also need to be able to manage budgets, maintain paperwork, and prioritize tasks effectively.
