Activity Programme Coordinator Role

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Activity Programme Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a variety of activities to engage and stimulate our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and lead activity sessions, including musical performances, exercise classes, and arts and crafts projects.
  2. Collaborate with the care team to ensure activities are tailored to meet the needs and interests of our residents.
  3. Organise and coordinate external activities, such as days out and visits from the community.
  4. Support the care team in promoting independence and choice for our residents.
  5. Assist with breakfast, lunch, and dinner duties as needed.
  6. Manage paperwork and documentation related to activities and resident care.

Requirements

You will be a creative thinker with a passion for engaging with older adults. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
