Job Role
We are currently recruiting for an Executive Receptionist (Client Support Executive) based at the Central London offices of one of the largest law firms in the world. As a Client Support Executive, you will work across all areas of the Client Support, from providing a friendly welcome at reception to all visitors and guests, to assisting in booking and facilitating onsite meetings and events.
Responsibilities
- Provide a friendly welcome at reception to all visitors and guests
- Assist in booking and facilitating onsite meetings and events
- Manage daily tasks and requests via email, phone, and the service desk app
Requirements
Applicants must have a bubbly personality and excellent people skills, giving them the ability to build long-lasting relationships. They will have the ability to work well under pressure, as well as the ability to multi-task and manage their day effectively to balance the needs of visiting guests with room bookings and events management.
Experience of delivering 5-star service within a busy corporate or hotel environment is essential. Experience in a client services role and previous experience in a law firm would be advantageous.
