  • Develop and implement risk management strategies, policies, and procedures to identify, monitor, and report risks to the company.
  • Collaborate with local regulatory requirements, group requirements, and best practices to maintain the risk management framework.
  • Monitor key risk indicators and performance metrics to proactively identify emerging risks and escalate any deviations from established risk thresholds.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities across various aspects of the business, including credit risk, market risk, operational risk, and financial risk.
  • Implement and manage an annual risk-based risk monitoring program, coordinating quarterly risk controls and formulating action plans with departments for deficiencies identified during testing.
  • Test the adequacy and effectiveness of first-level controls, identify areas for improvement, and propose corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain an up-to-date business continuity plan and coordinate BCP testing at least twice a year.
  • Promote a positive risk culture through risk training and awareness programs.
  • Assist with internal and external fraud investigations as required.
  • Provide regular reporting and communication on risk management topics to senior management and the board.
  • Support the business in all risk-related matters, actively challenging the business as needed.

  • Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Financial Risk Manager (FRM), or other relevant professional certifications are desirable.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
