Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Manager to join our team at Hamlin Knight. As a Risk Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining our risk management framework, fostering a culture of risk awareness, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head of Risk in developing and maintaining risk management strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and performance metrics to proactively identify emerging risks.
  • Pro-actively maintain the Company risk register by carrying out comprehensive risk assessments.
  • Test the adequacy and effectiveness of first-level controls performed by the business.
  • Maintain an up-to-date business continuity plan (BCP) and coordinate BCP testing activity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, risk management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Financial Risk Manager (FRM), or other relevant professional certifications.
  • Prior experience in risk management or in a control function within the automotive finance industry or related financial services sector.
